Step 1 : Register as our member

Please “Register” and fill in the online registration form to become our member.

Please “Login” if you are already our member.

Step 2 : Start shopping

Select product(s) under “Online Shop” and enter the order quantity, click “Add to shopping cart”. The selected product(s) will be put into “Shopping Cart” at the right top corner. When you finish shopping, click “Checkout” in “Shopping Cart”.

Step 3 : Check your order

Please check your order details carefully. Make sure all the information is correct. If amendment is required, please edit and click the "Shopping Cart ", and then press “Checkout”.

Step 4 : Delivery details

Please enter the recipient’s details and select the delivery method (“Self-Pickup”, “Delivery Charges Paid by Receiver” or “SF-Express Self Pick-up”).

If you choose “Self-Pickup”, please select the location, then press “Confirm”.

If you choose “Delivery Charges Paid by Receiver”, please enter the recipient’s details, then press “Confirm”.

If you choose “SF-Express Self Pick-up”, please enter the details of “SF Store” and of the recipient, then press “Confirm”.

*Note: we accept local orders and deliveries Only.

Step 5 : Choose your payment method

We only accept “PayPal” online payment.

Please login “PayPal” with your email address and password, and then follow the steps until the process is completed.

Step 6 : Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, we will inform you about the delivery shortly.
